For an agricultural producer group, we built a new silo system including a cleaning and drying system – completely, from the 3D planning to the assembly and electrical installation to the fully automatic PLC control including visualization. Here are some data and facts about the system:

• Passable acceptance gutter (15 x 3 m)
• Power supply through a new emergency power generator with 400 kW
• 150 t / h conveying capacity for storage and retrieval
• 3,900 m³ storage capacity in the flat-bottom silo and 326 m³ in the 45 ° hopper silo
• 1.190 m³ capacity in the drying silo with 4 stirring screws and distributor plate
• 10 t / h throughput capacity in the dryer
